TAKEN from her Facebook post on the 23rd October.
2 years today we opened the doors to Mrs Krakka’s Rockabilly Retro and Krakka’s Family Garage Collectables and our journey began. What a ride it has been. Learnt some lessons, had some tough times even changed shops but we have gotten much more out of it then I ever thought we would. Done things I never thought we would be doing.
From hosting our first pinup pageant to car events.
I even got a haircut.
The thing I personally am proud of is the charity events Robin Day and I have done.
After this weekend we would have raised over $10,000 for charity.
We even have a shop ambassador now Marita Cameron aka Lady Pearl.
But we could not have done any of this without the support of our customers, friends new and old and people in the car and pinup community. We have met so many amazing people and some I call friends now. Some have supported us more then words can say. Old Petrie town is such an amazing place and so lucky to have our shop there and share the place with many other amazing shops and people.
So let’s kick 2020 to the curb and come out swinging in 2021.
We have so many things planned for next year and I hope you all come along for the ride.
So many people to thank:
Jill Smyth
Phil Kellow
Paul Pugh
Andrew Little
Rick Millington
All the amazing photographers who have helped at our charity photoshoots. So many others support our events so thank you to you all.
Maureen Rogers and family always there
Vicki McDonald and Brett McDonald
Matt Hager
Robin Day, Tina Stenner, Steve Krakka Horne and I (Linda MrsKrakka Stenenar) thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts.
Bit long winded but so much to be thankful for!
